On the contentious side, the work includes lease enforcement, repossession proceedings, engine and airframe maintenance disputes and insurance recovery claims. Our experience includes high value disputes in the Commercial Court as well as cross border enforcement and regulatory issues at European level.

On the transactional side, we assist with aircraft and engine sale and leaseback arrangements, novations, security interests, Cape Town filings and Irish orphan SPV structures, and we provide Irish law capacity and due execution opinions for aircraft sales and financings.
