The work includes applications for grants of probate and administration, intestate estates, cross border estates and post death restructuring, and we handle contentious matters where a will or the conduct of an estate is challenged. Where appropriate we work with accountants and financial advisers so that the estate is administered promptly, tax efficiently and in full compliance with Irish requirements.

For business owners we advise on succession planning and the orderly transfer of assets, including shares in private companies. We also prepare wills and enduring powers of attorney and advise on trusts and inheritance tax.
