Robert Bourke is a Notary Public and provides notarial services to individuals, companies and professionals who need documents notarised for use outside Ireland.

The service includes certifying identity, witnessing signatures, verifying company documents and notarising affidavits, powers of attorney, declarations and other instruments for international use. Where the receiving jurisdiction requires it, we arrange legalisation by apostille at the Department of Foreign Affairs or authentication at the relevant embassy.

Notarial work is usually time critical, particularly for corporate transactions and regulatory filings, and we offer prompt appointments and a responsive turnaround. Appointments take place at our office at 29 Fitzwilliam Street Upper, or at your premises by arrangement.

Please bring photographic identification and the documents to be notarised, unsigned, together with any instructions received from the party abroad. Our fee is charged per document and is confirmed when the appointment is made.
