We act for investors, developers and business owners across all aspects of commercial property, from a single lease to a development portfolio.

We advise on the purchase and sale of offices, retail units, industrial premises, mixed use developments and licensed properties, and on the leasing of commercial premises for landlords and tenants. The work includes title due diligence, lease reviews, lending and refinancing transactions and portfolio management.

Our conveyancing team is led by Alan Brophy, Head of Conveyancing, and includes Philip Kelly and Oonagh Meade, who between them bring more than eighty years of property practice to the firm. We understand the commercial drivers behind a transaction and work closely with agents, lenders and tax advisers to bring it to completion.

We are regularly retained on time sensitive acquisitions and act for domestic and international clients investing in Ireland.
